On 12th March 2024, we had the distinct pleasure of welcoming a group of enthusiastic students from Nayoro City University to Matrisishu Miteri Hospital and our JPP office. Their visit was an inspiring exchange of knowledge and experiences, as the students had the opportunity to tour the hospital and gain firsthand insights into the real-life healthcare environment in our community. The tour provided a valuable learning experience, allowing the students to observe the services we offer and how our dedicated team works to improve maternal and child healthcare.
Following the hospital tour, we visited a local home, where the students were introduced to the rich agricultural practices of our region. They were able to see a variety of crops and livestock, providing them with a deeper understanding of rural life in Pokhara. This visit offered a meaningful connection to the local community, highlighting the importance of sustainable agriculture and its role in supporting local livelihoods. We are incredibly grateful to the Nayoro City University team for taking the time to visit us, and we look forward to fostering more such exchanges in the future, strengthening the bonds between our communities and continuing to learn from one another.
